Delete your SentraVoxAI account

You can delete your SentraVoxAI by MStudio account and its data at any time, free of charge. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the Android or iOS app

Open SentraVoxAI and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

On the web

Sign in at sentravoxai.com.
Open Account > Delete account, or use the form below on this page.

You are not signed in. Sign in, then come back to this page (or use Account > Delete account). Can't sign in? Email us (below).

Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email address and password.
All your stories, scripts, series and AI movie projects.
Story voiceovers and scene images, and all Voice Studio audio and Image Studio images, with their prompts.
Your sessions and app sign-ins, verification codes, AI usage records, email log and guest-try results.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment records (reference, pack, amount, VAT and date), with your name and email removed: 6 years, as tax and accounting law requires.
Credit ledger entries, with generation descriptions removed: kept for accounting.
One-way scrambled anti-abuse keys (they can't be turned back into your email or IP address): kept only to stop repeat free-credit and referral claims.
Routine encrypted backups: deleted automatically within 15 days. Server logs: deleted within 14 days to about 5 weeks.
